How does the FREE account work?

You can create a free account to try out all of LessonFlyer's great features. Start building a course and its website to see how everything works. You don't have to choose a paid plan until you want to put a course live. When that times comes just sign-in to your account and visit the My Account > LessonFlyer plan screen to pick a plan and enter your payment info. After that you'll be able to configure a public domain name for your course website and make it available to the world.

Can I cancel my account anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. There is no long term contract. If you decide to cancel you can do so, self-service, in the My Account section of your LessonFlyer admin panel.

Please note: If you cancel an account all students, course content, websites and all other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted and all course websites will go offline.

Are there any fees to sell my courses?

Standard credit card processing fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge are deducted from your course sales. These fees are taken by our credit card processing partner: Stripe.

Depending on your LessonFlyer plan you may also pay a platform fee in addition to the standard card processing fee. If applicable, platform fees vary between 2% and 3% and are also deducted from your course sales.

Our largest plan does NOT have a platform fee. Check your plan level to see if platform fees apply. You can see this on the My Account > My Subscription Plan screen in your LessonFlyer admin panel.

How do I get paid from selling my courses?

In order to get paid you’ll need to connect your LessonFlyer account to a bank account or debit card. This is done using our payments partner Stripe.

Money earned from selling courses is grouped into payouts and sent to your connected bank account or debit card on a rolling schedule.

Funds are included in payouts 2-5 days after charges are made. The clearing time varies based on your established account history. Payouts are only sent to your connected bank account or debit card if you have a positive balance.

LessonFlyer uses Stripe to process credit and debit card payments and transfer money to your connected bank account. You can rest assured that all user and payment information is safe and secure. LessonFlyer does not store bank account or credit card data on its own servers. All payment info is stored and managed by Stripe.

What does my LessonFlyer monthly subscription cover?
