How to add learning objectives to your course

Create a bullet point list of the key skills, concepts or takeaways that students will learn from taking your course. This list of learning objectives will display on your course's website.

Sign-in to your LessonFlyer admin panel and navigate to the My Courses screen. Find your course and click on the More Options icon pointed out in the screenshot below. Then select Learning Objectives from the dropdown menu.

Click the Add Objective button on the Learning Objectives screen.

Add your learning objective in the dialog box and click the Save button.

Repeat the steps above to add more learning objectives. We recommened adding at least 8 to your list.

Hover your cursor over the icons pointed out in the screenshot below and drag-drop to reorder your list.

Click a Learning Objective item to edit it.

Hover your cusor over an item and click the X icon to delete it.

The screenshots below show how your list of Learning Objectives might display on your course's website.

You'll have full control over how they actually appear (colors, fonts, layout, etc.) using the Course Website Editor.

By default, learning objectives appear in a section on the course website's home page and course details page. However you can choose whether or not to include them on particular pages using the Website Editor.
